About Me

know that human Resource is an important part of every organization. I love to make a difference with the businesses I work with. When I see an owner happy that they don’t have to deal with employee issues and they can work on business, I know I make a difference. When I answer those questions that owner’s employees can’t get the answer to I know I have made a difference. I have to know the things you don’t have time to know about. Knowing employment law, benefits, employee relations and having the ability to train employees is why I make a difference. I began my career in Human Resources with Hermes of Paris and subsequently assumed a series progressive and diverse HR roles working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cunningham Graphics, ADP and Wyndham International. I was then recruited by TJX Company where, in addition to my employee relations role, I have led several projects focusing primarily on system improvements, including compliance audits and performance metrics and labor relations. I also supplied leadership training and support and contributed to the successful implementation of numerous corporate directives across the organization’s more than 5,000 domestic and internationally based employees. This included the oversight of the policy issuance translation process, notably from English into Spanish. Later, as a Corporate Senior Human Resource Generalist for Pitney Bowes, I with senior management in the execution of strategic plans and global objectives. These included the successful execution of a creative work schedule representing a significant cost savings measure for the company. I was also responsible for the creation and analysis of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) reports through SAP, as well as their subsequent monitoring and analysis. My experience to this point, derived from this succession of HR roles, ultimately formed the basis for my philosophy, that HR management techniques, applied professionally, are a key success driver in a company’s core business functions, and are integral to the overall wellness and effectiveness of its employees. I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry New York. Published Author of “We are Human Too!” an HR professionals guide.

Remember it is important to inspire not crush the people you work with.
